If you’re on a desktop web browser, click the Sign In button at the top-right corner. On the mobile app, tap the menu icon (the three horizontal bars) to find Sign In, then enter your registered email or mobile number and your password/OTP. You can also log in using Apple or Facebook. For logging in on a TV, you need an email address and password. If your account is only registered with a mobile number, please link an email address by logging in via the Rochak app or visiting rochak.app. If you already have an email and password, simply use those to log in on your TV. Alternatively, you can log in using a QR code: 1. Open the Rochak app on your TV. 2. Go to Sign In or Sign Up. 3. A screen with a QR code and a unique code will appear. 4. Scan the QR code using a QR scanner on your mobile device. 5. When a link appears, tap it or paste it into your mobile browser. 6. Log in with your Rochak credentials, then enter the code shown on your TV screen. 7. You’ll be logged in successfully on your TV. If you haven’t registered yet, go ahead and create an account. Your binge-watching journey on Rochak starts once you’re signed in.

Web Browser: Go to rochak.app on your laptop or desktop. Smartphone or Tablet: Download our Rochak app from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS). Smart TV/TV App: If your TV supports our official app, install it and log in. You can also use casting devices (e.g., Chromecast, Fire TV Stick) to stream from your phone or laptop.

Certain promos, trailers, or limited-time offers may be free. However, to enjoy the full range of shows, movies, and other premium content, you need an active subscription.

Rochak has a wide array of content—from family-friendly shows to mature content. We recommend checking the rating or parental guidance notes before watching. Some titles may include content suitable only for adult audiences.

Create an Account: Sign up with your mobile number or email. Choose a Plan: Select from monthly, quarterly, or annual plans (depending on availability). Make a Payment: We accept debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI, and more. Once payment is confirmed, you can immediately start streaming.

Most plans auto-renew unless you cancel them. If you wish to upgrade: Go to My Account > Subscription in the Rochak app or website. Select an upgraded plan. Complete the payment, and your new plan takes effect right away.

Refunds aren’t typically provided for partial or unused subscription periods. However, if you face any technical issues preventing you from using Rochak, reach out to support@rochak.app, and we’ll review your situation.

Click Forgot Password? on the login screen. Enter your registered email or mobile number. Check your inbox or phone for a reset link or OTP, then set a new password.

Depending on your plan, you may watch on multiple screens at once. If you exceed your plan’s limit, you could be prompted to upgrade or log out of one device before continuing.

Add to Watchlist: Tap +Watchlist or Add while browsing a title. View Your Watchlist: Go to the My Watchlist section to see all saved titles. Remove a Title: From My Watchlist, click Remove on any title you no longer need.

Check your internet speed; a stable broadband or 4G/5G connection is recommended. Close other apps or downloads consuming bandwidth. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) or device. Restart your router or device if issues persist.

Android (5.0 or later) and iOS devices. Web browsers on Windows, macOS, and Linux (latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, etc.). Smart TVs supporting our official app or casting features. Streaming sticks like Chromecast, Fire TV, etc.

Chromecast: Ensure both your phone/computer and Chromecast device are on the same Wi-Fi network. Tap the Cast icon in the Rochak app or browser. Fire TV Stick / Similar Devices: Download the Rochak app or use mirroring if supported.

Yes, on mobile apps. Look for a Download icon under eligible content. Once downloaded, you can watch without an internet connection. Availability may vary by title.

I see a black screen or error code. What do I do? Update Your App/Browser: Make sure you’re on the latest version. Disable Extensions or VPNs that might interfere with playback. Contact Support if you still encounter repeated errors.

While playing a video, look for the Audio & Subtitles option. Choose your preferred language or subtitle settings from the available list.

If your chosen plan includes multiple profiles, you can create separate user profiles under one account—each with personalized watchlists and viewing histories.

Go to Account Settings in the Rochak app or website. Enter the new email or phone number and verify it via OTP or confirmation link.

To delete your account, Go to My Profile (Profile Settings on web) and scroll down and find the "Delete Account" button. Once you deleted your account, all personal information associated with your account is removed in accordance with our data retention and deletion policies. Some data may remain for legal or compliance purposes.
