1. Eligibility for Refund
- All subscription and pay-per-view purchases are final.
- We do not offer refunds for partial usage, accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with content, or change of mind.
- Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Double payment for the same content/subscription
- Technical error resulting in non-delivery of purchased content
- Payment was made, but the service was never activated or accessible
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us at support@rochak.app with the following details:
- Your registered email ID
- Transaction ID or invoice
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 5 working days, and if the refund is approved, the amount will be reversed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
3. Third-Party Payment Gateways
If you subscribed or purchased via Google Play, Apple App Store, or other platforms, please refer to their refund policies. Rochak does not control third-party decisions.
