1. Eligibility for Refund

  • All subscription and pay-per-view purchases are final.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial usage, accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with content, or change of mind.
  • Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
    • Double payment for the same content/subscription
    • Technical error resulting in non-delivery of purchased content
    • Payment was made, but the service was never activated or accessible

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at support@rochak.app with the following details:

  • Your registered email ID
  • Transaction ID or invoice
  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 5 working days, and if the refund is approved, the amount will be reversed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Third-Party Payment Gateways

If you subscribed or purchased via Google Play, Apple App Store, or other platforms, please refer to their refund policies. Rochak does not control third-party decisions.
